Who this is for

If treatment changed your body, you're in the right place.

Aromatase inhibitors, chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery each leave their own mark — on your joints, your energy, your sense of self. Blueberry Wellness was built for the women living inside those changes, and the slow, careful work of feeling like themselves again.

  • Women on aromatase inhibitors living with daily joint pain or stiffness
  • Survivors whose energy and strength haven't returned the way they hoped
  • Women recovering from chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery — at any stage
  • Anyone who has been told to 'just exercise' but needs a safer, more informed path

What changes

Quiet shifts. Lasting returns.

Mobility, restored

Ease the joint stiffness so common with aromatase inhibitors and reclaim everyday range of motion.

Strength, rebuilt

Protect bone density and rebuild lean muscle through training calibrated for the post-treatment body.

Pharmacology-informed

Every program is shaped by an understanding of your medications, side effects, and survivorship science.

Confidence, returned

Feel at home in your body again — steadier, stronger, and more like yourself.

Why Blueberry Wellness

Clinical depth, delivered with human care.

Few wellness practices are built for the survivor's body. Blueberry Wellness was — by someone who has spent thirty years inside the medications, the side effects, and the science of recovery.

Three decades of clinical practice

A licensed PharmD whose understanding of aromatase inhibitors and treatment protocols informs every recommendation.

Anchored in your story

Each session is paced to your diagnosis, your treatment timeline, and how your body is feeling that week.

Evidence over hype

Quiet, considered guidance grounded in survivorship research — never trends, never one-size-fits-all advice.

What to expect

An unhurried first conversation.

Forty-five minutes, in person or by video — no equipment, no expectation, no commitment beyond an honest conversation about where you are.

01

Tell me your story

We move through your treatment history, current symptoms, and the parts of daily life that feel hardest right now.

02

Shape a thoughtful plan

Together we sketch a realistic path — mobility, strength, or recovery — designed around your week and your energy.

03

Begin in your own time

Start with a single session, in person or virtual. We adjust as we go. Steady, sustainable progress is the only goal.

Common questions

Thoughtful answers to what most clients ask first.

Do I need to be cleared by my oncologist before starting?+

Yes — we always recommend confirming with your care team that exercise is appropriate for where you are in treatment or recovery. Amanda is happy to coordinate notes if helpful.

I'm exhausted and out of shape. Is this still for me?+

Absolutely. Most clients begin in exactly that place. Sessions start gently and build only as your body is ready — there's no fitness baseline required.

Can we meet virtually?+

Yes. Sessions are offered both in person around the Orlando area and virtually for clients across the country.

Is this a medical service?+

No. Blueberry Wellness offers educational coaching and personalized exercise guidance. It complements — but does not replace — care from your oncology team.

What about supplements?+

Amanda can share evidence-informed wellness education, but does not diagnose, prescribe, or make medical claims. Any supplement decisions should involve your physician.
